The 72 bit self portrait i used varying brushes and changed it up with the editor to get a little effects. There was alot of changing of the opacity and the fill of the brushes to get the right detail of the shadows.  It still doesn’t have the depth that i would like to have it and im still currently working on that.

The 8 bit verson was a hassle since i couldnt get the detail in the nose like i wanted. i tried using different brushes to get some effect but it didnt show cause of the pixalation.

The illustrator version was very tedious with the pen tool and to get the right colorations of the facial areas. using different layers for parts of the face made it easier to lay out the organization and positioning of each piece. Still want to do the back ground to add to the portrait.

Weekend at Keystone Leadership Conference

I’ve learned something truely valuable at this conference. Keystone is a Beta Theta Pi leadership conference held by the general fraternity and is where Betas from all round the region learn how to improve upon our chapter.

So if close your eyes from the daunting task at hand and keep in mind and to not quit unil there’s nothing left to do but to do your best. Then once you know that you have done nothing but your best open your eyes and realize that you’ve gone further than you thought you ever could.

This mentality that you could do anything and inspire the team around you portrays the ability and motivation to do anything.

Impossible made Possible

Past weekend was amazing. Congrats to all the sorority new members! I was there at the girls bid day in the freezing cold. There after me and the Betas painted up for the women’s basketball game, where me and dustin got a chance to do the chicken toss and actually caught it. We found out that we are the first ones to actually catch the chicken so its pretty cool to be the first.

Guy’s rush week is this week so yea busy days ahead
